2 h of running ... now I have a hard, sono stanco, sono infiammato in più parti, dopo la mesoterapia alla caviglia va peggio (in teoria dovrebbe andare meglio), ho dei dolori nuovi, come ad esempio alla schiena e le scarpe che userò nel deserto non si ammorbidiscono e mi fanno anche un po' male... ma sono così belle...
In un negozio sportivo ho trovato una torcia piccolissima che si ricarica girando una levetta... l'idea è fichissima... speriamo non si rompa utilizzandola.
Ho comprato anche un gel antisfregamento che non unge, da utilizzarsi in mezzo alle gambe e nelle parti a contatto come l'interno delle braccia... l'idea è quella di non usare la vasellina perchè con la sabbia secondo me diventa un "pastone"...
