I would say that just begins to fail ...
I'm increasing the abdominal as well as advised the doctor and especially the minutes in the sauna ... I have not yet figured out if I need ... I got to 24.
in the sauna in my gym there are about 80-90 degrees and after 10 minutes start to not spend more 'time, then today the last 8 minutes were really long.
If you do not need to get used to the heat definitely need to learn to endure the suffering ... is more of a workout mental and physical training.
Tomorrow morning I expect a long evening for 2 h and if I go to sleep before del'una because it starts to miss sleep ...
